We crossed back across the Columbia River and stopped at Vantage.
It was good to see that the petroglyphs
were still there.
These petroglyphs, originally situated a mile north were relocated here
before a flood.
Back in the land of windmills, I began to find them just the tiniest bit
creepy.
Whoa Nellie - looks like it's raining in Ellensburg.
As we near Snoqualmie Pass, mountains begin to appear.
I never tire of looking at the Cascades.
Uh oh - this doesn't look so good.
Yikes!
Blowing snow! And people are still driving 60 - 70 miles an
hour.
Nice - eh?
Luckily it didn't last too long (but it felt like it). We were
soon home.
We drove more
than 350 miles on Saturday.
It was worth it to spend time in the sunshine
So it goes.
