We plowed through the mud, admiring the precision of the rows.


They stretched far  in all directions.


The colors brightened a dull day.


Imagine what they'll look like when the blooms open!


Here's a few who looked as if they were trying.


Good old daffodils, still first to bloom.


We took a last look at the beautiful flowerbeds...


...and at the mud!


So long for this year, Tulip Festival.  We'll see you next year.


Tim made a new friend this year - a Blue Heron.
